In our continuing efforts to provide you with relevant and timely information during the COVID-19 crisis, Powers has set up a dedicated webpage for information on COVID-19.  We provide below information currently on Powers’ website that may be of interest to you, as well as information on an upcoming webinar that Powers will be holding related to COVID-19.

Legislative Summaries:  Powers has prepared legislative summaries of all the COVID-19 relief packages, including a summary of the most recent stimulus package, the CARES Act (links below).  We will continue to track all legislative changes and update the COVID-19 section of our website with any important information.

Waivers and other Government Efforts to Assist Providers:  The website includes memos summarizing new waivers and other actions taken by the federal government to assist health care providers with meeting the needs of their patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Webinars:  Powers will be hosting a webinar for its clients to address the various issues related to telemedicine, which has become such an important modality of care during the COVID-19 crisis.  The webinar will be held on Friday, April 3 at 2pm Eastern:  Powers Attorneys to Host Webinar on Telehealth & COVID-19
