The RWC-340B Benefactor Program provides organizations that do not provide direct patient care an opportunity to support the coalition’s mission.

We are currently engaged in advocacy to protect against, among other things, discriminatory reimbursement practices by private payers and government efforts to narrow the definition of a 340B eligible patient, to limit contract pharmacy arrangements and to treat all 340B-related revenue as program income.

The Benefactor Program offers six participation levels with varying benefits:

  • Platinum Benefactor
  • Gold Benefactor
  • Ruby Benefactor
  • Silver Benefactor
  • Bronze Benefactor

DIAMOND Level ($35,000)

  • Name and Logo Visibility on RWC-340B Website with Company Profile and Link to Company Website.
  • RWC-340B Member Engagement Email Blasts Sent Quarterly – *Benefactors information email will be sent out to all RWC-340B members detailing the services they provide and inviting a one-on-one session for engagement.
  • Priority rotation of headers and logos on RWC-340B member alerts.
  • Recognition on conference & webinar signage with name and large exclusive diamond sponsor logo.
  • Opportunity to sponsor choice breakfast, lunch, or dinner at RWC-340B conference events (2 per year) *Sponsor is able to present to members about their services and network with covered entities during event.
  • Conference Host Room Block – *Based on availability.
  • Priority conference booth reservation opportunity.
  • RWC-340B Webinar Slide Recognition – *Benefactors logos and tier will be on leading slides and slides throughout webinar.
  • Opportunity to offer networking event post-RWC-340B Conference & Webinar (4 per year) – *Invitations for networking event will be sent to all registrants for registration directly with the benefactor. Webinar attendee contact information will be shared upon attendee agreeing to sharing contact information during registration.

  • Exclusivity of sponsorship level – Only 2 Diamond Sponsors.

PLATINUM Level ($25,000)

Besides supporting our mission, participation in the Benefactor Program offers several other benefits, including unique and direct access to Ryan White members through meetings, webinars and conference activities; the opportunity to participate in member calls; and a chance to educate RWC-340B members about issues related to the 340B program.
